Ray Auna

Ray has spent ten years brokering property finance to NZ developers. He knows the sponsor universe in New Zealand, knows which deals the banks decline and why, and knows the funnel from first phone call to settled facility. He now runs Green Oak Capital, and the network feeding Arxium's pipeline is one he speaks to every week.

Cofounder Founder, Brokerloop

Jay Abraham

Strategy · Capital · Operator

Jay is the founder of Brokerloop, a technology company serving insurance brokers. He has separately funded and finished his own property developments — meaning he's been the borrower, knows how a real build actually moves, and reads a construction draw schedule the way most credit officers read a balance sheet. From the tech business he brings the operator's instinct to systems, reporting, and the slow business of building investor trust.

What we don't pretend

This is a new fund. We don't have a multi-decade institutional track record under a single banner, and we won't claim one. What we bring is the operating experience of the two of us — and the discipline to grow the fund only as fast as we can underwrite carefully.
